Can you please suggest a restaurant that would be fun for New Years Eve? We are staying at the Grand Hotel Minerva. If not for New Years then for before as we arrive on the 28th? Thanks!

Hello Logan!I can recommend the trattoria I Quattro Leoni, located in a nice quarter of Florence's historical center, serving very good and typical dishes.And the same Grand Hotel Minerva has a fine restaurant!Enjoy your trip to Florence and Happy New Year.
