my name is Sandro and I'm the owner of Villa San Simone, an antique and beautiful villa near Florence (30 minutes), 40 minutes from the sand beach of Viareggio, 50 minutes from Pisa and Lucca, 1 hour from Siena and San Gimignano.
The villa has a 60.000 sq meters private park and a panoramic "infinity" pool.

I run a little resort close to Saturnia Spa, so famous for hot springs (37° C hot water) not so far from coast (35 minutes by car). We are also closet to amazing towns to visit (Pitigliano, Sovana, Montemerano, Capalbio and Magliano).
