Ciao Marise, I'm Mexican-American from Southern California so definitely can't stand cold weather that well either ;-)
November definitely tends to get colder but it is still autumn so it isn't the coldest month of the year (January and February are much colder).
It can vary, with nice sunny days and colder nights, so consider dressing in layers: A tank top with a long sleeve shirt on top and a sweater. Bring a jacket for the evenings, you can buy a nice scarf here if you need it and take it back home as a souvenir of your trip.
You can check out average temperatures for Tuscany here: http://www.discovertuscany.com/tuscany-weather/average-temperatures-tuscany.html
Then it totally depends on the year.... Last year the weather was very mild in November!
Have a great time in Tuscany!
