Well ...talking of Jappo, here is my favorite: Banki Ramen (via dei Banchi, near Santa Maria Novella Square) foursquare.com/venue/3756418 it's a family run restaurant: Japanese mom, Italian dad and strange son! :DThey mostly cook Ramen soup like this... instagr.am/p/kuac/ looooove!!

For the next time I suggest you a jappo-thai restaurrant, NIWA, close to Stazione Leopolda/Porta al Prato. It's also easy to find car parking there!
